Primer design using primer3 program
This module uses Primer3 program to design primers for the selected region of nucleotide sequences.
The selected nucleotide sequence either may be upstream or genomic mRNA sequence of a selected gene.
The Module produces 5 sets of primer srquences.
First select the species name.
The available genes of the selected species would display in gene list, select anyone.
Select the sequence type to design the primers of a selected gene.
