Chromosome staining/banding/FISH |
Ag-NORs were located terminally on the long arms of a subtelocentric chromosome pair. Constitutive heterochromatin was detected on the centromeric and telomeric regions of most of the chromosomes; CMA3 sites and 18S rDNA sites were coincident to those obtained by silver staining; 5S rRNA genes were detected on the short arms of a acrocentric chromosome pair. |
