Chromosome staining/banding/FISH |
Pale heterochromatic blocks found mainly in telomeric regions of some chromosomes. Additional interstitial C-band observed in p-arm of metacentric pair 8 and q-arm of metacentric pair 11, submetacentric pair 19, and subtelocentric pair 27. One pair NORs located interstitially in q-arm of metacentric pair 11 that corresponds to C-band positive block and 18S rDNA probe signals. 5S rDNA showed 2 syntenic signals in pericentromeric region of p-arm and interstitial-medial region of q-arm of pair 22. |
