Chromosome staining/banding/FISH |
Multiple Ag-NORs allocated in terminal portion of short arm of metacentric pair 4 and in long arm of acro¬centric pair 29. C-bands overlapped with Ag-NORs. 18S rDNA signals present on many sites (terminal portion of short arm of pairs 4 and 10, and in terminal portion of long arm of pair 29). 5S rDNA signals present on 4 chromosome pairs, viz. 2 (with an interstitial mark¬ing on short arm), 31 (with an interstitial marking on long arm) 4 and 10 (presented syntenic condition with 18S rDNA site). |
