Record 1
Geographical area of study Klawoj Lake and Bug River (Vistula River basin), Poland.
Source of chromosomes Cephalic kidney cells.
Number of specimens with sex 2 male, 2 female (Klawoj Lake); 2 male, 3 female (Bug River).
Diploid chromosome number 48
Karyotype formula -
Fundamental arm number -
Chromosome length -
Sex chromosome -
Chromosome staining/banding/FISH 28S and 5S rDNA signals were located on distinct chromosome pairs. 28S rDNA loci differed locations in their number ranging from 3–6 chromosomes. 50% of metaphase showed 5S rDNA sites on two chromosome pairs while 42% showed on three.
