Centromeric heterochromatic blocks observed in all chromosome pairs. Ag-NOR clusters located interstitially in chromosome pair 24. 18S rDNA signals coincide with Ag-NOR signals. Strong 5S rDNA signal present close to the centromeric area of one chromosome pair and a second faint signal in terminal position of a single chromosome. |
