Chromosome staining/banding/FISH |
Individual karyotypes contained variable numbers (2–10) of additional micro chromosomes, suggested as B-chromosomes. CMA3 staining showed presence of a GC-rich block near pericentromeric chromatin in most chromosomes. All chromosome spreads had atleast two GC-rich B-chromosomes, whereas AT-rich B-chromosomes were detected in 60% chromosome spreads. |
