Chromosome staining/banding/FISH AgNORs were of multiple type occurring in 2, 3 and 4 chromosomes, while interphase nucleus revealed 5 nucleoli. C-bands presented itself in most acrocentric chromosomes in centromeric region and pericentromeric region of short arms of other chromosomes.
