Chromosome staining/banding/FISH Centromeric regions in all chromosomes showed distinct patterns in distribution of C-positive heterochromatin. AgNOR localized as single pairs, which coincide with the 18S rDNA. 5S rDNA probe’s bright signal discovered at sub-centromeric region of the telocentric chromosome.
