Positive Ag-NOR sites found in sub-centromeric region of chromosome pairs 2 and 3. The 18S rDNA signals position corresponds to Ag NOR sites. 5S rDNA signals present on seven chromosome pairs (1, 2, 3, 14, 15, 16, and 20).
