Chromosome staining/banding/FISH Positive Ag-NOR sites found in pericentromeric region of chromosome pairs 4 and 5. The 18S rDNA signals position corresponds to Ag NOR sites, along with pair 14. 5S rDNA signals present on six chromosome pairs (2, 4, 5, 6, 12, and 17 pairs).
