Almost all chromosomes exhibited prominent centromeric C-bands with a prominent constitutive heterochromatin block covering centromeric and pericentromeric region of the p arm of the larger metacentric chromosome. Single prominent Ag-NOR pair present on pericentric region of p arm of metacentric chromosome. A prominent CMA3 band was present on a single chromosome pair at the pericentric region. |
