Remarks |
Replication R-banding successfully visualized the RBG-bands on all chromosomes. Both rDNA loci embedded in C-banded heterochromatin. Telomere probe showed signals at both ends of all chromosomes and at interstitial region of some chromosomes. |

Chromosome staining/banding/FISH |
AgNORs found at secondary constrictions of chromosome 1, which was strongly positive for CMA3. C-banding revealed heterochromatic regions at centromere of all chromosomes and at interstitial and/or telomeric regions of several chromosomes, with distinctive C-band at secondary constrictions of chromosome 1 besides the large heterochromatin blocks at the centromeric regions. 5S and 18S rDNAs localized on centromeric regions and secondary constrictions of chromosome 1, resp. |
