There are provoided drop down selection for dataset (Gene, Protein and Other sequences), molecular type (gene list, protein list and other nucleotide sequences) and query species belonging to FMiR. - Gene: Similarity search for gene sequences can be performed by selecting the 'Gene' dataset and name of 'Genes' and query species from 'Species list'. The target selection displays a selection list of all families of FMiR.
- Protein: Similarity search for mitochondrial proteins can be performed by selecting the 'Protein' dataset and name of 'Proteins' and query species from 'Species list'. The target selection displays a selection list of all families of FMiR.
- Other sequences Similarity search for other sequences(RNAs and D-loop) can be performed by selecting the 'Other nucleotide' dataset and name of 'Nucleotiodes' and query species from 'Species list'. The target selection displays a selection list of all families of FMiR.
