Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | In Pindorama stock, AgNORs present terminally in long arm of chromosomes pairs 5, 10 and in pair 20 and in short arm on pairs 16, 23. In Lopei stock, AgNORs found terminally on long arm of chromosome pairs 10, 20 and in short arm in pairs 3, 14 and both arms in pair 19. C-bands observed as conspicuous block terminally on long arm in chromosome pair 20 in Pindorama stock, and terminally on long arm in pairs 19, 20. |
