Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | Ag-NORs located in subtelomeric position on long arm of acrocentric pair 9, coinciding with a secondary constriction. CMA3 staining produced fluorescent signals bitelomeric in pairs 9, 10. Heterochromatic blocks present at telomeric regions in pairs 17, 25 and 26, along with bitelomeric markings in pairs 10 and 15, and conspicuous large telomeric blocks on long arm of pair 10 and interstitial blocks on long arm pair 9. |
