Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | The C-banding technique revealed centromeric marks in all chromosomes. NORs were localised on first chromosome pair, as revealed by silver staining and hybridization with 18S rDNA probes. The 5S rDNA probes revealed signals on fifteen pairs. |
