Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | C-bands on centromeric/pericentromeric region of all chromosomes. The NORs and 18S rDNA positive FISH sites were localized on short arm of the first pair of metacentric chromosomes. The 5S rDNA positive FISH sites were located in pericentromeric region of all chromosomes. |
