Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | C-bands were located on centromeric or pericentromeric regions of all chromosomes. Ag-NORs were located terminally on the short arm of a submetacentric chromosome pair (Feijão stream) and on up to three chromosomes (Pântano stream). The 18S rDNA sites were located on four chromosomes (Feijão stream) and in the terminal region of short arm of one subtelocentric pair (Pântano stream). 5S rDNA sites were located on a pair of submetacentric chromosomes |
