Chromosome staining/banding/FISH
Ag-NOR site numbers ranged 2-4 marked chromosomes (st-a) located in terminal region of long arm (pairs 18 and 28), similar to 18S rDNA FISH. C-banding revealed occurrence of heterochromatic blocks in pericentromeric region of 3rd metacentric chromosome pair and upto 8 large blocks in terminal regions of long arms of st/a chromosomes.
