Chromosome staining/banding/FISH
Ag-NOR staining and 18S rDNA FISH revealed up to 4 pairs of subtelocentric/ acrocentric NOR-bearing chromosomes. CMA3 staining marked terminal region of long arms of pair 26, pericentromeric region of the 2nd metacentric chromosomes pair, and probably NOR-bearing chromosomes. Heterochromatin distributed in pericentromeric region of 2nd metacentric chromosome pair and in terminal region of long arm of chromosome pair 26.
