Ag-NORs located in terminal position on short arms of 4 st/a chromosome pairs 26 and 27, which was same as observed by 18S rDNA FISH and CMA3-staining. Interstitial CMA3-negative blocks observed in most of st/a chromosomes. C-heterochromatin blocks distributed in interstitial region of most st-a chromosomes and in pericentromeric region of 1 metacentric pair.
