Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | The first pair presents a secondary constriction in the short arm, site evidenced by Ag-NORs and FISH 18S probing. This region also showed rich in GC base pairs, evidenced by double staining CMA3/ DAPI. Adjacent to this constriction, a C-band is present in terminal region of short arm this chromosome pair. |
