Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | C-bands were found to be localized on 7 chromosome pairs (1 on pericentromeric region of metacentric chromosome and 6 on telomeric region). Six pairs of Ag-NORs observed with presence of a prominent one on the pericentric region of the q arm on the metacentric chromosome. CMA3 stained NORs observed on 6 chromosome pairs (5 located terminally on p arm of submetacentric chromosomes and 1 pericentromericelly on q arm of a metacentric chromosome). |
