Chromosome staining/banding/FISH
Two AgNORs, often heteromorphic in size, detected on short arms of chromosome pair 12, as confirmed by CMA3 staining. C-band mainly located in pericentromeric regions of all chromosomes, except largest st/a chromosome pair with a telomeric band and a medium-sized sm chromosome pair on short arms.
