Remarks | 18S rDNA sites located on telomeric regions of p arms of chromosome pairs 12, 13 and 14. 5S rDNA showed a subtelomeric location on pair 10 and telomeric regions of pair 15. Strong microsatellite hybridization signals observed at telomeric and interstitial regions of many acrocentric chromosomes. |
