Remarks | 18S rDNA site present on one submetacentric chromosome pair, along with four additional 18S rDNA sites. One chromosome pair bears 5S rDNA site. (GA)15 and (CA)15 microsatellite mapping on chromosome showed scattered signals and a remarkable accumulation in subtelomeric regions of all chromosomes. |
