Remarks | 18S rDNA site present on one submetacentric chromosome pair. One homologous chromosome pair bears 5S rDNA site. (GA)15 and (CA)15 microsatellite mapping on chromosome showed scattered signals and a remarkable accumulation in subtelomeric regions of all chromosomes. |
