Remarks | FISH with 5S rDNA probe shows signals interstitially on q arms of chromosome pair 1. 18S rDNA probe identified single locus with intense signal located in proximal p arm of pair 2 which corresponds to Ag-NOR site. |

Chromosome staining/banding/FISH | C-positive bands found preferentially in centromeric/pericentromeric regions of all chromosomes. Conspicuous terminal and interstitial C-bands observed in pairs 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 21, and 22. C-bands on pairs 2 corresponds to Ag-NOR location. Multiple CMA3-positive bands detected in genomes, particularly nearby the telomeric region of seven chromosome pairs (2, 3, 4, 15, 16, 24, 26), in addition to Ag-NOR sites. |
