Cell lines are distributed to qualified researchers/academicians/investigators for their use in research and development works only. The above qualified person(s) is required to sign cell line Request & MTA Form stating that:
The cell line(s) provided from NRFC are for research and academics purposes only.
The cells and their products shall not be sold or used for commercial purposes.
The cells shall not be distributed further from requesters end for any purpose without the approval of the NRFC.
ICAR-NBFGR or the Original Depositor and/or the Present Supplier (i.e. NRFC) will not be responsible for any damage, injury or loss to the user that may occur during the use of the cell lines and/or their progenies.
The cell line(s) requester/user(s) has to acknowledge the contribution of the depositor and NRFC in all outcomes, e.g. publication, patents/copyright etc. A softcopy of the publication(s) need to be given to the depositor and the NRFC.
The depositor is requested to maintain duplicate flask of the cell line as NRFC will not be responsible for the loss of cell line.
